Contents of the zip file DATA Each directory contains the output files of the simulations, in csv format, with the parameters described in the file of the csv file as: 90GeV_alpha0-90.0dir-15.0_azimut-20.0.csv Where the energy is the number before GeV, the angula position of the injection point after the alpha0 the elevation direction is after dir and the last number is the azimuth angle. FLUXROPE SINFUNDA SOLOBKG PRO here are the programs used to analyze the simulatio outputs: 1. read_eduardo2.pro Read the cvs files, flag the particles going in direction quasi-parallel to the Z axis and write the data in IDL binary format to expedite the posterior analysis. 2. plot_radial_profile15_gen.pro Read the save files, define the trayectory and points of observation, move the injection rings in Z direction and count the flaged particles crossing the observation points. Finally save in IDL binary format the number of counted particles in each trajectory. 3. resta_bkg_fluxrope3.pro Read the save files and performs the substraction of the fluxrope minus the background, computes the magnetic field along the trajectory, makes a mean arround observaton points along three trajectories: the actual, one below and one avobe with difference of one degree in slope and apply a low pass filter (running average) to smooth the output. 4 Figures figura1.pro figuraSF001N4.pro figura001P3.pro maxas2.pro maxasSF2.pr0 FIGURES Figures of the paper
